Assalamu‘alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Alhamdulillah, it feels like just yesterday, yet it has been over three years since HadisKu was first released to the public.

During this time, the application has undergone many changes. From a simple initial version that still had many shortcomings and bugs, it has evolved into HadisKu Version 3, which can be used for free and is completely ad-free.

Over the past few days, I tried to re-evaluate this application from the ground up. I revisited the existing features, read user reviews, and reviewed various reports and feedback received over the recent period.

On one hand, I am grateful that HadisKu has helped many users in reading and studying Hadith. On the other hand, I also realize that there are still many things that need to be improved.

Some users reported that the app could not be opened on certain devices, search results were less accurate, and there was various feedback regarding the overall user experience and comfort.

From this, the decision emerged to begin the development of HadisKu Version 4.

Not just a feature update, but a complete rebuild of the application from scratch.

This new version will use a different foundation, with the goal of improving stability, performance, ease of development, and providing a better experience for users.

Every piece of feedback provided has been immensely helpful in the development process of this app. There are many things I might not have realized without the help of caring users who are willing to take the time to offer suggestions.

Insha‘Allah, this feedback will become part of the gradual refinement process of HadisKu Version 4.

Because the development of this application is being done solo, the rebuilding process naturally requires a significant amount of time.

However, I hope that the time spent rebuilding this application will result in a HadisKu that is more stable, more comfortable to use, and easier to develop in the future.

If everything goes smoothly, Insha‘Allah, HadisKu Version 4 will be available again on the Google Play Store.
